OPPIOT Releases New High Temperature RFID Tags

I.High-temp and acid & alkali RFID tag

In industrial manufacturing,special RFID tags are often in demand.But in most cases, the tags are poor at resistance of high temperature or strong chemical. After long time corrosion, the content of the tags would be unidentifiable. To solve this problem,OPPIOT has designed a new industrial high-temp and acid & alkali resistant tag Devil-8000. Applying special customized materials  for outer casing,Devil8000 can be used in high temperature and acid alkali environments simultaneously. Measuring 84*27*8mm, Devil8000 provides a read range of up to 4.2m on metal, it can be installed by rivet. Rated IP68 and IP69K, it can withstand high-temp, acid & alkali and impact. Devil-8000 can be applied to extremely harsh environments.
Devil-8000 has passed pratical testing with excellent performace including:
a. Withstand 300℃ for 100 hours continuously without damage.
b. Withstand 280℃ for 1000 hours continuously without damage.
c. Withstand 260℃ for 2000 hours continuously without damage.
d. Withstand -20℃ for 8 hours then 260℃ for 16 hours per day, 80 days continuously without damage.
e. Withstand from 150℃ to -40℃, 7.5 cycles per day, 80 days continuously with total 600 cycles without damage.
f. Withstand 260℃ for 100 hours continuously then soaking in 2 meters depth water for 48 hours, without seepage or damage.

Devil-8000 has passed Reach, RoHS, CE and ATEX Certifications.

II:304 stianless steel high temperature RFID tag

In pratical applications, RFID tags might easily damage when applied to some extreme environments such as high temperature and high pressure. To solve this pain point in the industry,  OPP IOT has developed a durable high temperature resistant on metal tag OPPD30. Made of durable 304 steel laminated material, it can resist high temperature up to 260℃. With high durability, long read range, high sensitivity, shock and vibration resistance, OPPD30 can be applied to various metal environments especially for high temperature. Applying Alien Higgs-3 chip, encapsulated in tough and rugged 304 steel, OPPD30 is with high impact and vibration performance. It can be welded onto metal directly and can aslo by screwing, binding or adhesive. The read range on metal can reach up to 2.4m.  OPPD30 can be used for process management in automotive manufacturing,identification of metal assets in oil & gas,construction or mining industry.
